So I rendered unto Caesar last week….

Did my taxes last week. Electronically. My refund arrived today. Due to some creative budgeting, I got my haircut on Monday, but the shoes that were earmarked for this will have to wait. I had another pressing bill that needed to be paid this morning, so the they’ll have to wait.

So, yes I got a haircut this week. My hair was long. Too long. I can deal with the high maintenance issues with long hair, but eventually I had to act when too many of my hats stopped fitting. Now they all fit again…

Just filed taxes. Electronically, as usual. IRS has already accepted it, and I’ll be getting a refund. Going through my records, It’s about the same refund that I’ve been getting for the past few years. But, it’s done. And I’m getting enough for shoes and a haircut….

But above all else, it is done….
