The KDE desktop environment has been ported to windows. It's still in very pre-release alpha, which means that the only guarantee is that it is not going to work. Which means it's still even more stable than windows. But it's a start. The games work. At least most of them. The solitaire is much better than the one that The Anti-Christ supplies with windoze. If you're not going to install it right away, then at least keep an eye it. This could be something worth following.....
