Hail to sun, and hail to sun again. All in one hour. And I get caught in it, as usual....

And of course, it can only be Flying Spaghetti Monster Sunday School:

It's nice to see someone proclaiming their faith:

More snow
Another picture of the aforementioned snow, not taken from my apartment window.
Edit: And I has walk through this to get to work.....
Cocaine from the sky!
It's not my fault this time. I don't have today off. Who blew up the box of Frosted Flakes this time?

I'm watching 300 now
And it appears to me that considerable license was taken by the producers of the film. I don't recall Xerxes using rhinoceros, elephants, or gunpowder. And I don't think the ancient Greeks went to battle wearing little more than speedos.....

Here we go again
I'm in the middle of a three day off in a row stretch. I've got 240 gigs of hard drive space available. It's about time for me to wipe and rebuild my system (I do it on a regular basis to clear out bugs, virii, and spyware). I think I'll try to dual-boot with Windows ME and WIndows XP. Again (I used to do it all the time).
Beauregard T. Shagnasty, it's time to change your shorts again. Seriously. I saw one of The Underpants Gnomes passed out on your front lawn....

I made the switch
All in all, I like it enough to make the switch. Your mileage may vary.....
P.S. I'll switch the spreadfirefox button in the blog. Eventually.

Happy Godless Pagan Holiday (Spring)
Also known as Easter. About this time of year, I still wish that it was legal to sacrifice Christians. Although I do have that our friends from The Watchtower Bible And Tract Society did have some Brass Balls to leave that pamphlet on my door.

Nothing to see here, just move along....
At long last, I can now post to the blog with Safari for windows. I tried it before with the previous version, but I could never actually write an entry. While it is something that may come in useful in the future ( like if Hell freezes over, I lose my balls, and I buy a Mac & decide not to use Firefox). In the meantime, I think I'll continue to use Windows Live Writer, which also happens to be the only Windows Live product that won't make your computer levitate in the air, spin around, and spew forth split pea soup.
Ringo on Ferguson
He still rocks. Even more than Paul. And even more than John and George if they'd hadn't snuffed it already.....

Stipe is out
Michael Stipe is out. No, not that out, the other out. I will be the first to admit that I don't have the best set of gaydar, and this proves it. I had no farking idea.
And R.E.M. was one of those bands that I grew with (I still have my copies of Green, Out of Time, Automatic For The People, and Monster).
Roger Bryant is no more
Not really. I'm still here, but if you're trying to reach me at my att.net email addresses, good luck. I just canceled my AT&T WorldNet account. They were going to raise the price, and I find it unconscionable to pay close to 8 dollars a month for a piece-of-shit news server and 6 email addresses that don't have that much space. My 1 gmail address has twice the space that my entire AT&T account has. And I can access it from my mobile phone, something I could never do with AT&T.
Good Riddance, Ma Bell.

A record you don't want broken......
Some of my past employment has been in the food-service industry. One of the many constants in this profession is the occasional visit from the local health department. As much as an annoyance that they can be, they are there to keep people safe (being responsible for an outbreak of salmonella, e. coli, or hepatitis will make anyone's day). Anyway, a restaurant in Georgia has just set the record. For the lowest score on an inspection. The health department may be a pain in the ass, but food poisoning is even worse.....
