A bit of wisdom regarding music.
If people don't like your music, then you're not playing it loud enough...
Yet another pointless bit of wisdom.
- Gambling is the quickest.
- Women are the most fun (generally speaking).
- Windows is the surest. The Anti-Christ should be pleased.

Don't Drink the Water
In the next couple of months or so:
- My sister will have a girl.
- My cousin will have a girl.
- My boss's cousin will have a boy.
- My other cousin (actually I have more than two cousins, but for the purpose of this posts, my other cousins are irrelevant) will have a boy.
- One of my former co-workers has also announced that she will be experiencing the birth spasm soon, but she hasn't said what she will be having. I'm assuming that she will be giving birth to a fully developed Midget in Pirate Regalia. Ramen.
At least five blessed events in the very near future. Must be something in the water. Don't drink the water.

Today's Word Of Advice
Monday, April 21, 2008
So I get a text message today
From my boss, and it gave me pause to ponder: Am I the last person to use proper grammar and spelling when I text?

The best way to shoot down an F-111
Is to throw a Pelican at it. Although I will be the first to say that the pilot has some brass balls to land the airplane safely......

RIP Edward Lorenz
The father of chaos theory has passed away at the age of ninety. Meteorology will never be the same. His main contribution was to prove that small events (like a butterfly flapping its wings) can set off enormous events (like a tornado in Texas).
Personally, I don't need his theories to predict the weather. I just take a look at my schedule at work. If I'm off, it's going to rain. If I have to work, it'll be sunny.....

Spring is here.
It's gotten warm enough that tonight I sleep with window open.
Edit: At five in the morning, I had to get up and close it. With them saying snow this weekend, the windows will be closed tonight. But it is definitely starting to warm up......

Way to go, Craig
The Late Late Show With Craig Ferguson had topped Late Nite With Conan O'Brien for the first time. I used to watch Conan O'Brien until I saw the Britney Spears monologue. And I switched to Craig Ferguson.
For those who haven't seen the Britney Spears monologue:
Childrearing......
Now, everyone knows that children don't come instruction manuals. Some of it's common sense, some of it's intuition. It's not easy, but it is possible to teach a child right from wrong. However there are some things that should be so obvious. Like this couple who were arguing about which gang the child should join. Personally, I think all known gang members should be sterilized.

Moby is a Pastafarian
In addition to being a kick-ass musician, he also been touched by The Noodly Appendage. Hey, with all of the well-known celebrities belonging to a certain faith that will not be named here, it's nice to see one Pastafarian.

Foreigner's latest tour......
Is being sponsored by the AARP? I wouldn't say they're old but:
- Instead of groupies backstage, it's just a registered nurse with a bran muffin..
- Mick Jones will be playing the guitar one-handed so he can hold his walker.
- Their costumes are being resewn to help conceal the fact that they wear depends.
- All performances will be over bt 3:00 pm.
- The tour bus will going only 5 miles an hour with the left turn light on all the way.
Everybody needs this message
Especially me:
If one would always look for the bright side, then life won't be so dull and dreary.
This just about sums up life
Life in general, and especially me right now. But don't we all need a little bit of insanity in our lives?
Or do we need to just see Brian May in a tuxedo? (Before anyone says anything, I am straight....)

Get your 10 Commandments off of me, you damn dirty ape!
Charlton Heston has passed away. RIP Moses. I will remember him most for his role as Moses in the 10 Commandments (BTW, the parting of the Red Sea is still the best special effects ever. Beat that Hyneman).

Google buys the U.S. Government!
Google is set to buy the U.S. Government. Oh, and here are infoworld's other April Fool's pranks.
Sometimes, it's just the little things....
This past week or so has been a bit too stressful for my liking. I'm not going into details (possibly later, but for now I'm not posting such thing to the internet). Then I get an email from my cousin out of the blue. And my week is made. Sometimes, it just the little things in life that will brighten your life.
Opening Day...
It was yesterday for The New World Order (Mind-Control Division). I had a fresh roll of Aluminum foil ready for my hat so I could watch the Mariners cut off and hand the Texas Rangers their balls. But a co-worker was sick, and other co-worker who was called in to replace her was sick. And so I get called in. And I missed the game. Don't get me wrong. The New World Order (Mind-Control Division) is still an evil organization, but there activities can be observed, provided the proper safeguards are observed.
The Spaghetti Harvest Is In....
And it's another bountiful crop.
